In compliance to federal and state laws we are unable to ship...

Pepper spray: Pepper spray cannot be shipped to the following locations: Alaska, Massachusetts, New York, Washington D.C, or outside of the United States

Kitty knuckles or any knives: Internationally

Kitty Knuckle Policy: Kitty Knuckles can only be shipped within the United States + Puerto Rico.

Stun guns: Stun guns cannot be shipped to the following locations: Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, or anywhere outside of the United

Processing policy:

 Please allow 2-7 business days of processing time for your order to be ready for shipping or pick up. This excludes holidays, vacation days or weekends

Shipping policy:

Please allow 2-8 business days to receive order. This excludes holidays or weekends All orders are shipped through USPS. Once order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number. Lost or stolen packages:

Remathaskeychains is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is covered with insurance, please file a claim directly through USPS. For orders not covered by insurance, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked "Delivered" 

Insufficient address: 

Please confirm your shipping address is correct, there will be a $6 reshipping fee if item is sent back due to insufficient address. Once your order has been received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for it. No refunds will be issued. Order will be held until $6 reshipment fee is paid.
